Creative MINDFULNESS Classes

Introducing mindfulness to children in fun and creative ways. Through creativity, art, craft, stories, meditation, visualisation and discussion.

The benefits of our sessions include:

Increased focus

Is your child struggling to concentrate in school or at home? Does their mind seem to jump from one thing to another? Mindfulness classes can help! By teaching kids the power of focusing their attention, these classes can unlock a world of benefits. They’ll develop greater self-control, improve their classroom participation, and even cultivate compassion for themselves and others.

Academic performance

Equipping your child with skills to manage stress and focus their attention, these classes can lead to a significant boost in academic performance. They’ll also learn valuable conflict resolution techniques, fostering a more positive and productive learning environment. Mindfulness even promotes overall well-being, which can have a ripple effect on their ability to learn and succeed.

Decreased stress levels

Is your child overwhelmed by  anxiety?  Mindfulness can equip children with tools to manage their emotions, reducing feelings of depression and anxiety. Teaching them to focus on the present moment, mindfulness helps them navigate difficult situations with greater calm and control. This, in turn, can lead to a decrease in disruptive behavior, fostering a more positive and peaceful environment.
